At ClarityForward® we operate as an independent design studio.
This Corporate Policy sets out the principles that guide how we work, collaborate, and engage with clients, partners, suppliers, and the wider community.
We are committed to acting with integrity, professional judgment, and responsibility in every context in which we operate.
1. Professional ethics and integrity
We conduct all our activities honestly, transparently, and responsibly.
We do not engage in deceptive, abusive, or unethical business practices.
We expect the same ethical standards from the people, teams, and organizations we work with.
2. Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
ClarityForward maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption.
We do not offer, promise, request, or accept improper payments, gifts, favors, or benefits intended to secure commercial, contractual, or personal advantage. This applies to:
Clients and prospective clients
Suppliers and collaborators
Partners and third parties
Public officials and government entities
We comply with applicable anti-corruption laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.
3. Relationships with third parties
We work with third parties only when a project requires it, including freelancers, studios, suppliers, and platforms.
These relationships are based on transparency, professional respect, clear terms, and fair compensation for the work performed.
At Clarity Forward E.I.R.L., we reject abusive or exploitative practices and place professional dignity first. Our value is built on the experience of our senior team. When a project requires additional external specialists, we work transparently and seek the client’s prior approval whenever appropriate to protect confidentiality and ensure the right approach to the project.
4. Human rights and fair working conditions
ClarityForward rejects all forms of:
Forced labor
Child labor
Human trafficking
Discrimination
We are committed to respecting human rights and to working, directly or indirectly, with organizations that share these principles.
Given the nature of our work in creative and technology services, we consider our exposure to these risks to be low, while maintaining an active and responsible approach to ethical oversight.
5. Diversity, inclusion, and respect
We promote a professional environment built on mutual respect, diversity of thought, experience and background, and clear, constructive communication.
We do not tolerate discrimination based on gender, identity, sexual orientation, origin, religion, age, or any other personal characteristic.
6. Confidentiality and responsibility
We handle the strategic, creative, and operational information of our clients, teams, and collaborators with care.
We respect confidentiality agreements and use information only for the purposes that have been agreed.
7. Responsible use of technology
We use technology, including artificial intelligence and emerging tools, critically, consciously, and responsibly.
We avoid practices that infringe copyright, create unnecessary dependency, or replace professional judgment with blind automation.
Technology is a means, not an end.
8. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to ClarityForward as an organization, people who work directly or indirectly with the independent design studio, and third parties who interact with us in a professional context.
Where appropriate, these guidelines are supplemented by specific contractual agreements.
